The Seip Family 5/10/12

A friend of mine contacted me to take some family photos of her and her family at the San Jose Rose Garden. I have known Selina for many years now, so it was cool to finally meet her husband and her two kids! We found a bench with some nice white roses in the background and started shooting. Taking family pictures with young kids is always tricky. One looks one direction while the other looks the other direction. Or they get grumpy because they don't want to sit there and they start crying lol. One of the pictures came out great but one of the kids were looking somewhere else so I took another picture of him looking at the camera and photoshopped him in so they are both looking at the camera lol. Seems odd but it works great! You gotta do what you gotta do to get the shot, even if it's creating the shot. We didn't shoot for too long because the kids started getting moody but we managed to get some great shots, check them out!
